He was predeceased by: his parents, Oris "Clyde" Bledsoe and Loretta Bledsoe (Myers); and his siblings, Glenn, Otis, Mary Sue and Bertha Ann.

He is survived by: his wife Effie Jane Mason; his sons, Brad (Elizabeth) of Springfield, Kelly of Springfield and Terry (Lori) of Willard, Missouri.; and his grandchildren, Grant (Melissa), Taylor (Ryan), Kevin (Sydney), Callie (Bob), Kaden (Lauren), Mamie (Jake), Kira (Rylan), Kassidy (Luis), Kerrick and Kash. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Paul's memory to the organization of the donor's choice.
