He was predeceased by: his parents, Price Clarence Kellar II and Patsy Jane Kellar (Humphrey). He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Phillips (Kellar); his son-in-law Lee Phillips; his grandchildren, Rilye, Addi and Kellar Phillips of Buffalo, Missouri.; and his nieces and nephews, Erin, Jacque, Brittany, Tara, Jake and Kevin.
