He is survived by: his siblings, Virgil Ellison of Hartville, William "Bud" Ellison of Lebanon, Howard Ellison of Conway, Missouri, Faye Adams of Hartville, Geneva Bowers of Marshfield, Vida Young of Marshfield, Clara Ellison of Marshfield and Bessie Squires of Springfield, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several cousins.

A memorial has been established and donations may be made at the funeral home.
