He was predeceased by: his sister Marie Evans; his grandfather JJ Johnson; and his great-grandparents, Richard Cecil Evans Sr., Lillie Marie Evans, John Ross Thompson and Alfareta Marie Thompson.

He is survived by: his parents, Richard Cecil Evans III and Johnni Renee Evans; his siblings, Maggy Evans, Jaidyn Evans and Jaxson Medders; his grandparents, Jennifer Linder, Richard Cecil Evans Jr. and Joan Evans; his great-grandparent Janice Essary; his aunts, Amber Salley (Kyle), Emily Howerton (Matt) and Natasha Evans; and his uncle John Ross Evans (Chrissi).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you bring a stuffed animal.
