He is survived by: his wife Kathy Looten (Edwards) of Springfield; his children, Timothy Richard Looten (Mallorye) of Columbia, Joshua Lloyd Looten (Elizabeth) of Elizabethtown and Jessica Jo Wilson (Lucas) of Springfield; his mother Dorothy Jo Looten (Sestak) of Columbia; his siblings, Steven Lee Looten (Amy) of Quincy and Michelle Delene Mattie (Michael) of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Elena Looten, Leila Wilson, Kael Wilson, Audrey Looten, Kerrigan Wilson, Harper Looten, Joseph Looten and Peyton Looten. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
