He is survived by: his wife Faith; his siblings, Earlene McCullough and Mike Stephens (Kathy) of Springfield, MO; his son-in-law Case Howard of Republic, MO; his children, Tammy Hunter (Mark) of Walnut Grove, MO and Jason East of Springfield, MO.; his grandchildren, Cam Howard, Alex East, Trey Hunter, Hayley Gateley and Corey Hunter; and his great grandchildren, Easton Gateley and Sophia Gateley.
