He is survived by: his daughters, Jacklyn (Joshua) of Paola, Kansas, Jessica (Nick) of Winchester, California and Janie; his wife Jennifer; his daughter Ericka (Peter) of Springfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jordan, Emma, Rocco, Dominick, Giovanna, Londyn, Giuliana, Titan and Lincoln; and his siblings, Mike Pasquale (Kim), Jeffrey Pasquale and Linda Pasquale.
