He is survived by: his children, Derek Slinker (Diane) and Rochele Woodard; his grandchildren, Chelsea Russell (Whitney), Kimber Reid (Sean), Madeline Sheppard (Nick) and Hanna Martin (Kindall); his great grandchildren, Margot, Stella, Mac, Caroline, Beau, Dow and Robert; and his brother-in-law Stan Davis.
