With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Mac O'Dell of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on June 10, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Randy O'Dell and Margaret O'Dell (McCall); his son Rob O'Dell; his nephew Dustin Hardecke; and his sister-in-law Sharon Hardecke (Tay).
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his son Mark (Adele); his granddaughter Jerrin; his great grandchild Hadley Mae; his sister Jody Asher (Riley); his brother-in-law Howard Hardecke (Sherrie); his nephews, Andrew Asher (Sofiya) and Clint Hardecke (Angie); his niece Aleesha Perry (Tyler); his great-nephews, Noah Hardecke, Wyatt Hardecke, Alex Asher and Micah Perry; and his great-niece Savannah Perry.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Greenlawn Funeral Home East (3540 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65809). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (3600 N National Ave, Springfield, MO 65803).
