He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou Kayes and Robert Ray Pike; and his stepfather Charles O. Kayes. He is survived by: his daughter Presley Ann Donelson; his grandchildren, Jaxon Bradley Martz and Jewel Jennifer Pike; his brothers, Leland Courtney and Michael Pike; and his stepchildren, Nickolas Velliquette, Lauren Velliquette and Joseph Velliquette.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Rescue One.
