He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fadanan Hart and Mattye Orene Kelley; his wife Faye Hart; his children, Lawrence Hart and Candace Hart; and his granddaughter Melissa Baker.

He is survived by: his daughter Denise; his son-in-law Carl Holloway; his grandsons, Steven Stein and Christopher Stein (Brandi); his great grandchildren, Jordan, Jakob, Ethan, Katrina, Ashiley, Dustin, Jeffery, Kayleigh and Sheyanne; and his great great grandchildren, Mackenize Baker and Jensen Owens Robert. He is also survived by friends and family members.
