He is survived by: his wife Janice Cissell; and his children, Tammy Bills (Jeff) of Woodland, CA, Steven Cissell (Christal) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Brian Dellinger of Springfield, MO and Brad Dellinger (Jennifer) of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 ½ great-grandchildren.
