Cowan of Springfield, Missouri, born in Hepler, Kansas, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Cowan and Mary Winterbower-Stapleton. He was also cherished by sister-in-law, as well as several nieces and nephews.
