He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Powell and Geraldine Powell (Foster); his wife Bonnie; his siblings, Teresa Powell and Scott Powell; his sons, Phil, Buddy, Chuck and Jason; and his daughters-in-law, Emily, Dawn, Lacey and Jessica.
