He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia McKown Collins Chapman; and his brother Don Collins. He is survived by: his father Clyde Merle Collins; his wife Billie Collins; and his grandchildren, Cade Collins of Springfield, MO and Robbie. He is also survived by Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
