He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Pierce Treadway and Jewel Maude Maples; his stepmother Helen McAnally Treadway; his brothers, John, Douglas and James; his son-in-law Michael Collie; his parents-in-law, Loetta and Fred Stubbs; his siblings-in-law, Kay Melton and Jerry Gann; and his nephew Bradley Gann.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy (Stubbs); his daughter Jennifer Walburn (Scott); his grandchildren, Sara Collie, Joshua Walburn (Jenna) and Jacob Walburn (Monica); his great grandchildren, Madeleine Edwards and Atticus Walburn; his sister Iris Hardison (Steve); his sisters-in-law, Patty McKee (Max) and Linda Gann; his nieces, Madeline, Sheila, Missy, Samantha and Amy; and also Rick Melton.
