He is survived by: his wife Patsy Stepp; his sons, Tim (Tracy), Jody (Shelly), Dwayne (Danielle) and Jeff (Robin Stepp); his grandchildren, Samantha and T. J.; and his siblings, Ellis Stepp, Tommy Reid, Terry Reid, Connie Baldwin, Brenda Batz and Linda Mitchell.
