He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Underhill and Goldie Underhill (Moore); his wife Mitzi Sue Thompson; his sister-in-law Judy; his brothers, Dolan (Pat), Clayton (Betty) and Kenneth; and his brother-in-law Glenn.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven Ray (Trenna) of Ozark and Tony Lynn (Nancy) of St. Louis; his siblings, Gloria Bailey of Springfield, Barbara Nicholson (Paul) of Ash Grove, Bill of Ozark and Jerry of Alpharetta, GA; his brother-in-law Tom Thompson (Peggy) of Iberia, MO; his grandson Jason of Alma, AR; and his stepgrandson Ben Ryan (Tonya) of St. Charles, MO. He is also survived by four great grandsons and many nieces, nephews and friends.
