He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Norman and Helen Irene Frazier (Smith); his daughters, Jennifer Marie and Julia Atkinson; and his grandson Seth Atkinson.

He is survived by: his significant other Janice Lea; and his sister Joyce Delenay. He is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren.
