She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tom Sims and Wilma Sims; her husband Bobby G. Luttrell; her friends, David L. Davenport, Betty and Hargrave Ferguson; her daughter Vickie Luttrell (Don Deeds); her granddaughter Taylor Luttrell-Deeds (Simon Stanberg); her sister Patricia A. Short; and her stepdaughters, Beverly Ketel, Janice Cramer and Teresa Lawson. She was also cherished by spouses; along with many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Donations in Rose's honor may be made to Disabled American Veterans or to any Democratic candidate running for office.
