He is survived by: his mother Barbara Thompson (Hamilton); his wife Carol Hamilton; his stepfather William Thompson; his brother Joshua Hamilton; and his stepsiblings, James Thompson (Christina), Joshua Thompson (Kariann), Justin Thompson (Brittany) and Jennifer Baumhoer (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
