He was predeceased by: his father Dale Ball; and his brother David Ball. He is survived by: his mother Anita Ball; his wife Connie Ball; his daughter Haylee Rose Ball (Donald Fust); his grandchildren, Patric Davis (Joy), Michelle Cole (Chris), Kristopher Wasson, Anna, Austin, Caleb, Jacob, Paityn and Tae; his siblings, Sean Ball (Carla), Brian Ball and Deena Potts; his former wife Becky Ball; and his friends, Mike Rainey, Steffan Moulder, Eddy Whitten, Lynn Davis, Bob Foster and Scott. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
