He is survived by: his mother Esther Ferry Moore; his daughters, Machel Moore and Shana Moore; his siblings, Greg Moore (Kelly), Cheryl Gianino, Susie Loveland (David) and Robert Moore; and his siblings' children, Lacey, Carissa, Antonia, Sarah, Molly, Cooper, Samuel and Emily.
A memorial has been established to the American Heart Association and donations may be left at the funeral home.
