She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald McGehee and Naomi McGehee. She is survived by: her husband Larry Henslee; her sister Ruth Napier; her brother-in-law Scott Lassley; her nieces, Kristen Persinger and Samantha McWilliams; her great-nephew Cooper; and her great-niece Olivia.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Springfield Bible Church (2145 Grand St, Springfield, MO 65804).
