She is survived by: her children, Mark Cook (Julie), Steve Cook (Patricia) and Beth Ipock (Ellis); her grandchildren, Karmen Cook, Matthew Blackmon (Christina), Emily McColgin (Matthew), Aaron Ipock (Julie), Spencer Cook, Jordan Cook (Abbie) and Lawson Cook; her great grandchildren, Charis, Jamie, Jaxon, Haven, Elsie, Celina, Zachary, Keagen, Cohen and Adley; and her grandchildren, Clint, Chad, Chris, Ashlynn and Jaclyn.
