He is survived by: his brother Kenny Haseltine of Springfield; his daughters, Christy Oldani (Tim) of St. Louis and Holly Garoutte (Chris) of Springfield; the mother of his children Carolyn Haseltine; his friend Katy Tynes; his sister Barbara Cohu of Mount Vernon; his nephews, Jeff Cohu (Jan) and Eric Cohu (Carolyn); his brother Keith Haseltine (Becky); his children, Amanda and Matt Haseltine (Erin); his niece Liz Van Oost (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Sophia, Anna Oldani, Foster and Colton Garoutte.
