He was predeceased by: his father Stan Maxwell; his uncle Jerry Maxwell; and his grandfather Jerl Maxwell. He is survived by: his mother Gail Walker; his stepfather Aaron Walker; his sisters, Jennifer Moore and Kayla Robertson; his brother-in-law Travis Moore; his nephew Aiden Walker; his niece Abigail Walker; and his grandmothers, Wilma Steele and Esther Maxwell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
