He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Rutkowski and Mary Rutkowski (Mendis); his wife Lois Charlene Parrish; and his daughters, Katherine Frankel and Stephani West.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith (Joanne) of Springfield, Missouri, Mark (Cassie) of Springfield, Missouri and John (Whitney) of Springfield, Missouri; and his sister Theresa Bakanec of Waukegan, Illinois. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Stephen's name to the American Cancer Society.
