He was predeceased by: his father Robert Campbell; and his brother Gary Campbell. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Campbell and Chelsea Campbell; his granddaughter Mickaila Kelley; his mother Mary Lou Campbell; and his brothers, Larry Campbell and David Campbell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
