He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Holke and Helena Holke (Pestinger); and his wife Mary Elizabeth Holke (Carson). He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Lu (James Napier) of Atlanta and Norma Sue (John Uhran) of South Bend; his daughter Jennifer M. Mulholland (Andrew Mulholland); his grandchildren, Carson and Elizabeth; his daughter Angela T. Gericke; his grandchildren, Haley, Emma and Benjamin; his son-in-law Rodney Gericke; his daughter Melinda A. Jurczak (Mark Jurczak); his grandchildren, Ryan and Nicholas; his son Daniel W. Holke (Lisa Holke); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Lauren, William and Noah. He is also survived by three daughters, one son and eleven grandchildren.
