Steven leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Steven’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Steven will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Harold Phillips and Ora Marie Phillips (Scroggins); and his siblings, Eileen Knight of Vancouver Washington, Debbie Burk, Cindy Burk of Springfield and Andy Burk of Springfield.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ralph Phillips (Lisa) of Ozark and Janet Hilliard (Bob) of Talent, Oregon.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great-great nieces and nephews.
