It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susie McAmis of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on November 22, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Susie McAmis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Frank" Snyder and Jessie Clampett of North Hollywood, CA.; her son Wade McAmis; her sister Marilyn Ham; her brother-in-law Andre Kleinbardt; and her brother John Snyder.
She is survived by: her husband Wes McAmis; her sons, Neal (Meredith) and John (Paige Wade); her grandson Preston; and her niece Nora Payne. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Operation Blankets of Love in California, The Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, or any basset hound rescue.
