He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mayfield and Winifred Mayfield; and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his son Aaron; his daughter-in-law Amber; and his grandchildren, Josiah, Judah, Christian and Ambreana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
