He is survived by: his sister Regina Owen Townes; and his children, Shelli Owen Gilbert (Bill) of Springfield, Mike Owen (Carolyn) of Rogersville and Charlie Owen (Sandy) of Havana, Kansas.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
