She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Smith and Robert Smith; and her brother Warren Smith. She is survived by: her nephews, Craig Smith (Tammy) and Stewart Smith; her niece Lynn Smith; her great-nephew Atticus Warren Smith; her great-niece Arwen Claire Schmidt; and also Lily Velasquez. She is also survived by her family, friends, colleagues and caretakers.
