It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore J. Nickle of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Nickle and Joe Nickle; his parents-in-law, Marion and Joseph Petersen; and his nephew Doug Batson.
He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughters, Beth and Pam; his sister Ann Gebhardt; his siblings-in-law, Carol Snider (Ken), Marilyn Batson, Mary Phouthone, Tony Petersen, Joe Petersen (Mary) and Bill Grier (Ellen); and his nieces and nephews, Eric Gebhardt (Heather), Shara Gebhardt, Christy Snider, Trisha Kline (Kevin), Paul Snider (Robin), Elizabeth Surmiak (Andrew), Chris Smith (Hannah), Kevin Petersen (Megan), Matthew Petersen, Shawn Petersen (Elliana), Victor Petersen and Lana Petersen. He is also survived by 15 great-nephews and nieces.
