We bid farewell to Thomas Ray Hoerschgen of Springfield, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 31, 2025 at the age of 80. Thomas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen Vogel Hoerschgen and Wilfred Hoerschgen; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Joan W. Hoerschgen; his children, Jackie Muenks (Rick), Eric Hoerschgen, Kathy Markley (Allan) and Ethan Hoerschgen (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jack Muenks, Joe Muenks, Jimmy Hoerschgen, Seth Markley, Luke Markley, Joshua Markley, Christian Hoerschgen, Nicole Koenke (Paul), Erica Hoerschgen, Anna Hoerschgen and Grace Hoerschgen Isabella Hoerschgen; and his siblings, Diana Bailey, Jim Hoerschgen (Yvonne), John Hoerschgen, Cindy Kever (John) and Paul Hoerschgen. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, many nephews, nieces and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Thomas' memory.
