He was predeceased by: his parents, John Byron and Geraldine "Jerry" Moore (Moyer). He is survived by: his children, Stacy Lee Moore (Amy) and Shannon D. Shannon (Clint); his grandchildren, Sydney Shannon, Trey Shannon, Margaret Amershek (Lukas), Emily Moore and Abigail Moore; his great grandchild Zayla Reed; his brother John B. Moore; and his caregiver Marilyn Edwards.
