He was predeceased by: his daughter Bonnie Walter (Marlin); and his sister Trude Speyer. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; and his children, Daniel Flack (Sheryl), Michael Flack (Nancy) and Nikki Yost (Wayne). He is also survived by his four children and had a deep love for his family.
