She was predeceased by: her parents, William Anderson Williams and Beulah Viola Williams; her husband Russell Lloyd Locke; her siblings-in-law, Don Locke, Bill Locke, Gordon Oliver, Grace Locke and Alice Joy Locke; and her grandson Dustin Locke.
She is survived by: her children, Martin Anderson (Pam), Stephen Russell (Tonya), Charles James (Donita), Alan Judson (Elsbeth) and Judith Miller (Larry); and her siblings, Ena Oliver, Vera Williams, Roger Williams (Eleanor) and Wendell Williams (Rebecca). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
Memorial contributions in Veda Locke's memory may be made to the Lottie Moon International Missions Fund through the First Baptist Church, Springfield.
