With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Lee Cruse (Springfield, Missouri), who passed away on April 13, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Courtois and Virginia Courtois; her husband William "Bill" Cruse; and her siblings, Carolyn Woods and Charles Courtois.

She is survived by : her sister Annabelle Savage; her daughters, Cheryl Weston (John Weston), Teresa Brown (Michael Brown) and Susan Inman (Tony Inman); and her grandchildren, Travis Weston (Ashley Weston), Matthew Weston (Samantha Weston), Taylor Brown, Eric Brown, Emily Brown and Joshua Inman. She is also survived by her family, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home, Inc. (1947 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65804). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, MO 65807).
