She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Zay, Sr. and Elizabeth Zay (Rauch); her husband Harold Blumenstock of Springfield; and her siblings, Sophia Engelking, Louise Scroggs, Andrew Zay, Jr., Elizabeth Jordan and William Zay.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Blumenstock and Mary Horrell (John); and her granddaughter Nicole.
