Virginia Myers Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Myers of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Lawhon and Helen Pumphrey Lawhon; her husband David L. Myers; and her siblings, Elizabeth Ann Cockrum and Rick Lawhon.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lynda Bishop (Bill), Linda Myers of Ozark, Teresa Myers and Sarah Fotopulos (David) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Kathie Truitt, Chuck Bishop, David Jones and Lyndan Jones; and her great grandchildren, Will Truitt and Rachael Tapper. She is also survived by four great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Sue requested that donations be made to Fair Haven Children's Home in Strafford, Mo.
