He is survived by: his father Wade Perkins; his son Jackson Wade Perkins; his wife Amy Ducker; his children, Alex Spencer, Samantha Perkins, Hope Ducker and Holly Reuscher (Eddie); his grandchildren, Noah, Bodhi, Micah, Gabe and Lincoln; his brother Marty Perkins (Tina); his nieces and nephews, Dillon Perkins and Bailey Stevens (Brent); his sister Karen Lebrun; his nephews, Josh and Jake; his parents-in-law, Jack and Darlene Ducker; his brother-in-law Richard Ducker (Kim); his nieces and nephews, Shawn, Nick (Abby), Quentin and Mya; his sister-in-law DeLayna Guy (Rob); his nieces and nephews, KayeLeigh, Kayson and Keeley; his sister-in-law Kamryn Ducker; and his pets, Sox and Ewok. He is also survived by many great-nieces and a nephew.
