He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Branning and Viola Branning Pickett; his wife Freeda; his son David; his brother Darrell Branning; and his grandson Ronnie Branning.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Branning (Kathy) and Janice Millsap. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and family.
