He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Warner and Ethel Warner; his former wife Joy Mitchell Warner; his siblings, Lawrence (Sylvia), Ernest (Leora), Leonard (Shirley), Ellis and Josephine Warner Bray; his brothers-in-law, Clifford Baird, Walter Johnson and Bud Bray; and also, R. Bryant and Lola Lee Mitchell.

He is survived by: his wife Patsy Arnold Warner; his daughters, Lori Warner, Lolisa (Thomas Collins, Jr.) of Nixa, MO and Avonna (Tim Schirman) of Springfield, MO; his stepchildren, Jeff Creek and Gena (Damian Ferguson); and his grandchildren, Harper, Taylor Collins, Ethan Mentze, Ella Mae and Daisy Mae Ferguson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
