He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory and Mary (Keithley); his siblings, Chester, Fred, Keith, June, Katy and Tonya; and his children, James Earl and Lindy.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Maples; his children, Justin (Patty), Teresa Manning, Jeff (Debra), Kim Luttrell (Doug), Ronnie and Donnie (Shonna); and his siblings, Aubrey (Barbara), Steve (Sharon), Sylvia, Virginia, Janice, Dixie and Nelda. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
