He is survived by: his wife Carrie Barton (McDaniel); his niece Abbey Gomes; his close friends, Charlie and Cleo; his siblings, Deanna Barton of Springfield, MO, Jody Barton of Springfield, MO, Jamie Skidmore of Republic, MO and Jonathan Gooch; and his aunt Brenda Betz (Scott) of Springfield, MO.
