He is survived by: his wife Lenora Dillstrom (Bagley) of Springfield, MO; his son Bryan Henry Burkhart; his grandson Robin Zane Burkhart; his siblings, Robert Dillstrom of Springfield, MO and Patricia Lee (Dillstrom) of Olive Branch, MS; and his siblings-in-law, Linda (Hooley Feathers) of Lebanon, MO, John Bagley (Jazmin) of Independence, MO, Larry Bagley of Lebanon, MO and Gary Bagley of Lincoln, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
