It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Glasner of Springfield, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Verna Glasner (Jean); and his son Michael Glasner. He is survived by : his children, John T. Glasner and Cathy Calhoun; his son-in-law Lyndall; his grandchildren, Alyssa Lamb (Brian), Olivia Schauer (Kyle) and Christian Calhoun; his great grandchildren, Charley Lamb, Owen Lamb, Adaline Lamb, Avery Schauer and Harper Schauer; his brother John F. Glasner (Sandy); and his pet Roxie.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Greenlawn Funeral Home - South Springfield (441 W Battlefield Rd, Springfield, MO 65807). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 8:30 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, MO 65804).
